The choice of the MadameParis smoothing brush that you will acquire depends on several things. - Miracle: with this brush, you can achieve a natural and professional straightening on medium-long, long and thin hair.
- Lila: with its tighter bristles, the Lila brush is perfect if you have rather thick and difficult hair (curly, frizzy, frizzy), it allows a more precise passage on your lengths.
Be careful, this is a straightening brush, your hair will not pass between two ceramic plates as it does with a straightener. The result is not the same: the straightening is more natural and you keep your volume, in short your hair is not flattened.

Unlike a straightening iron, when you use a straightening brush to blow dry your hair, your hair doesn’t pass between two hot plates. So here, you get a natural, professional result that is close or identical to that achieved with a round brush and blow dryer. It is perfectly possible to switch from Fahrenheit to Celsius on your MadameParis straightening brush, simply press the “+” and “-” buttons at the same time and see the value change on the screen.
This is a safety system that allows you not to change the temperature or inadvertently turn off the brush by unintentionally pressing a button when using it. To unlock the brush, quickly press the on/off button 3 times. You can now increase or decrease the temperature of the brush.
Absolutely not! We strongly advise against using our straightening brushes on wet hair. Why is this? Simply because it could burn and damage your hair. Let your hair air-dry or blow-dry it and then use one of our MadameParis brushes.
We use materials that protect against burns: the handles of MadameParis brushes do not heat up and the bristles are protected so that they do not come into direct contact with your scalp and burn you. It is important to adapt the temperature of the straightening process to your hair, here is our advice:
They are above all smoothing brushes, they will not be optimal for detangling hair. It is better to use the MadameParis flat brush.
Caring for MadameParis appliances
It is advisable to wait until your MadameParis appliance has cooled down before bending the power cord. We recommend that you bend it as you did when you received your brush / straightener. By avoiding hanging your appliance by its cord or wrapping it around your hand or the body of your appliance, you avoid premature damage to the power cord.
To clean your straightener or smoothing brush, we advise you to use a clean, damp cloth. Please note that you should never run your appliance under water!
Delivery, return, payment
We wish to offer you quality products while giving you peace of mind and serenity. All MadameParis brand products have a 5-year warranty from the date of receipt. You don’t need an invoice, just keep your order number and register here. The MadameParis warranty is valid for any manufacturing or labor defect. MadameParis reserves the right to refuse your return / refund if it does not comply with the terms, or to replace the product concerned by the return.
If your device is faulty due to misuse on your part, we will not be able to pay for the damage caused. Please follow the instructions for use contained in the manual and in the “maintenance” section.
