Conditions of the application of the 5-year guarantee MadameParis :

If your MadameParis product presents a manufacturing defect, at its own initiative and according to the terms of our warranty, MadameParis will return the same product, or an equivalent product free of charge within 5 years from the date of your purchase. The warranty of your new product will be equal to the residual warranty of your original product.

Please note that our 5-year warranty only works for orders directly made on our website www.madameparis.fr. For all orders placed on another marketplace with an approved seller (MadameParis), this warranty is 2 years.

If your order was placed on Amazon, you have 30 days (1 month) from the purchase of your MadameParis product to contact them on their platform about the problem encountered. After this period, you can contact our customer service.

Please also note that to make your warranty work, you must provide us with an original proof of purchase, and therefore the warranty does not work on products purchased your from a non-authorized distributor (other than MadameParis on Amazon, Fnac, Darty, cDiscount).

To benefit from the warranty in case of problem, you must always provide your order number and an explanation, photo or video of the defect that appeared on your device.

The guarantee does not take into account :

• The normal wear and tear of our devices,
• Accidents due to improper handling or failure to follow the instructions and advice for use delivered with the product,
• The modification of the products by a person or company other than MadameParis.

We will do our best to satisfy you and honor the warranty of the product concerned when you call upon us. We wish to offer you the best possible service.
